User status is acquired by the mere act of accessing the Website and implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice in the version published at any given time. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website.

3. Conditions of use

Users agree to use the Website diligently and in accordance with the law, good faith, and these terms, and not to use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm the rights or interests of third parties or of Kheiron.

• Not to introduce, store or disseminate unlawful or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Not to introduce malicious code or take actions that could damage, overload, or disable the Website or its systems.

ShieldTrust is in a pre-launch stage: the screenshots, animations, and product descriptions on the Website (including the sample console marked "illustrative demo") are illustrative, represent the product's intended design, and may not reflect its final features or availability at launch.

Joining the early access waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, a specific availability date, or any particular feature. Kheiron seeks to keep Website information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted availability of the Website. To the extent permitted by law, Kheiron will not be liable for damages arising from use, or inability to use, the Website.
